Paul is a technological enthusiast who has had the privilege to embrace a wide variety of technologies and apply them to the business logic of the clients he serves. Paul has worked in SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise accounts in a Pre Sales and Post Implementation role. With over 15 years of consulting experience, he has managed to execute large projects in the area of Data Center, Enterprise Network, Security, Storage, and Cloud with integrated architecture adhering to industry best practices. He has earned the reputation of one that is relentless and always doing what is right for the client above all else. He has exclusively been engaged in Next Generation Data Center and hybrid/multi-cloud projects.
Abbas Masnavi has held Multiple Senior Technical and Business Leadership Positions, including at three Cisco startup business units - DC Automation/ACI (Insieme Networks), Unified Computing System (Nuova Systems), and Storage Network Switching (Andiamo Systems).
His experience includes in a number of functional areas from Solution Engineering & Product Mktg to Technical / Sales Enablement, Business & Prospect Development, Training & Consulting Services. His technical focus has been on DC Fabric, Automation, Application-Aware Networking, and AI/ML Security Analytics technologies supported in a Multi-Domain Environment - Data Center, Hybrid/Multi Cloud, and Digital Network Infrastructure. He has been awarded multiple times for excellence in presentation and training. He has been a member of a team receiving Cisco Pioneer Award, company's highest honor for innovation (twice, 2015 and 2011). PhD in Electrical Engineering @MU. Postdoc @ Caltech.

Leilani Thompson is a data center SME providing data center strategy, design, implementation and program management services on small, medium and large scale data center engagements.
Formerly an advisory consultant in EMC's Data Center Practice, she specialized in data center strategies, design / builds, consolidations and migrations.
Prior to EMC, Ms. Thompson was a Director in PwC's FS CIO Advisory practice and was aligned with the Data Center Solutions group which included Data Center Facilities and Infrastructure Design / Builds, Data Center Consolidations and Migrations, and Storage and Computing Solutions. Ms. Thompson previously led the Data Center team for PwC and was instrumental in building the data center practice.
Ms. Thompson has over 15 years of data center facilities, network, server, storage, and call center architecture and implementation experience and several years of IT Project Management experience. In addition, she has strong experience in Green IT solutions, including strategies for facilities optimization, energy conservation, server consolidation and virtualization, and process automation. She also has experience in the consolidation/integration of critical IT services, processes, and resources in support of Mergers and Acquisitions as well as an extensive background in IT Service Management and IT Strategy and Transformation.
Prior to joining PWC Advisory in 2009, Ms. Thompson was employed by BearingPoint, Inc. as a Senior Manager, and previously as a Director and Infrastructure Strategist in the Technology Management and Architecture group at a Fortune 500 hospitality company.
